Scuba diving is all you wanna do there - it's a divers paradise!
Cairns is famous for it's Great Barrier Reef's, one of the largest and most beautiful reefs in the world.
Therefore about every shop in the town is selling utilities for divers.
If you got some time left you can do a jungle trip or horse riding.
We made a Padi course for scuba diving which did last for four days.
First two days were theory and diving around in the pool.
The other two days we did spend on a ship diving at the reefs.
Originally we wanted a 5-day-course... this would have meant to spend the last
three days nonstop on a ship ... unfortunatly this was already booked up.
It's worth visiting the informational shows about the life on the reefs,
they ain't just fun to watch (which they are) but you will also learn to how
to enjoy your diving trip even more.
Not much time for photos when your diving.
The last day we had some time left... so i decided to warm up my riding skills (they are very bad so far).
